I like to arrive 90 mins, to 2 hours before the event to set up, prepare the fruit and garnishes.
Then 30 minutes before the guests arrive I'll start prepping any welcome drinks to reduce the queues at the start of the evening...if need be!
At the end of the night, it normally takes 60-90 minutes to clear down. The Bar and Glasses will be taken away, leaving the Party just how I found it.
In an ideal world, I'd like to leave our Rubbish with you...there's never much. But of course I can take it with me if need be.
Parking & Access
I need close parking please...normally for just a Car, but on occasions I will use a Long Wheel Based Van.
I also have very heavy and bulk equipment, so events must be on the ground floor (no lifts or staircases) and have a decent passage way to carry the equipment through. I don't want to damage anything!
I need a Hot Water Supply to wash the Glasses down. Water doesn't need to be constant. Just a decent Deep Sink to occasionally fill up my Manual Glasswasher is fine!
Ideally up to 3 metres by 2 metres
While the Bar units are obviously smaller than this, don't forget I need room to work behind, plus your guests need to be able to get to the Bar. So these dimensions allow for free movement.
I will need a normal plug socket. I do carry a 20m Extension Lead.
I don't run anything too Electricity Hungry. Just the LED Lights.

Booking and Payment
When you're 100% happy and you've decided you want to book my services, all's I require is a £100 Non Refundable Deposit to confirm the date.
I accept Payment by BACS as it's a free payment method...and very quick and easy to set up!
Once Paid, your booking will go in the Diary and you can consider your Event booked!
The schedule after that is;
21 Days out, we confirm Final Numbers, Cocktails, Address and Times
The Final Balance will be due 14 Days prior to the event
I then check in 3 days before the event to double check everything
On the Day of the event I'll drop you a Text just prior to leaving, with my ETA.
